Hulki Yalçın is a graduate of Middle East Technical University
(Department of Economics) and holds a master's degree
in international banking and finance from the University
of Birmingham in England. After serving in various positions
and capacities with Türkiye İş Bankası A.Ş. for fourteen
years, he joined Millî Reasürans T.A.Ş. in 2003 and subsequently
took part in a number of professional training programs
abroad. He is currently Assistant General Manager responsible
for accounting and financial affairs.
