MILLI RE’S RATING BY STANDARD & POOR'S RAISED TO "trAA"
Standard & Poor's Ratings Services raised its Turkish national scale rating on Milli Re to 'trAA', from ‘trA+’ effective from February 24, 2010, following the Long-Term Foreign Currency Rating increase of the Republic of Turkey and the subsequent rating actions on Milli Re's parent, Isbank, due to improving financial flexibility and quality of investments.

A.M. BEST CO. HAS AFFIRMED
MILLI RE'S FINANCIAL STRENGTH RATING OF "B++" (Good)

A.M. Best Rating Agency has affirmed and announced with the Press Release published on August 11, 2009, Milli Reasurans T.A.S’s financial strength rating (FSR) of B++ (Good) and the issuer credit rating (ICR) of “bbb”. The outlook for the FSR remains stable, while the outlook for the ICR remains positive.


Millî Re ranked the 70th in "The Standard & Poor's Top 150 Reinsurers" ranking for 2006 with a USD 523.6 m net written premium.
