BEST CO. HAS UPGRADED THE FINANCIAL STRENGTH RATING OF MILLI
RE to "B++" (Good) FROM "B+" (Good)
With effect from 13.12.2007, based on a review of the application
of its country risk methodology, A.M. Best Co. has upgraded
the Financial Strength Rating (FSR) of Milli Re to "B++"
(Good) from "B+" (Good) and its outlook changed to
stable from positive.

STANDARD & POOR'S ASSIGNS "trA+" TURKISH NATIONAL
SCALE RATING TO MILLI RE
The credit rating of Milli Re has been affirmed as "trA+"
(Turkish National Scale Rating) by Standard & Poor's as
of 25 July 2007. |

Millî Re ranked the 69 th in "The Standard & Poor's
Top 150 Reinsurers" list for 2005 with a USD 467.9 m net
written premium.
This list was based on net reinsurance premiums written and
was published in the March editions of the Reactions Magazine.
Millî Re had also been listed as the 87 th largest company in
the 2004 list with a net premium of USD 365 m.
Established in 1929 by Turkiye Is Bankasi, Milli Re is celebrating
its 78. anniversary this year.

The capital of Millî Reasürans T.A.Ş. is increased from 63.264.766,96
TRY to 343.000.000 TRY at the extra-ordinary General Assembly
meeting held on the 14th November, 2005. (Registration date
at the Commercial Registrer being 21st November, 2005).
