Career Since its establishment, Milli Re has the policy of investing in its work force and recruiting internally for managerial positions. Promotions are made in line with the Personnel Regulation and the principles set forth in the Collective Bargaining Agreement, signed with the Workers’ Trade Union, in view of Performance Appraisals. Compensation Policy Salaries of our employees are determined in accordance with the terms of the Collective Bargaining Agreement within the context of related regulations. Occupational Health and Safety Occupational Health and Safety Obligations under Law No. 6331 on Occupational Health and Safety are fulfilled by the Human Resources and Administrative Affairs Department.
