Mehmet Türk graduated from Middle East Technical University, Faculty of Engineering, Department of Civil Engineering, completed his master's degree at Virginia Polytechnic Institute and State University, Department of Business Administration, and earned his doctorate at Işık University, Institute of Social Sciences, Department of Contemporary Business Management. Starting his career as an Assistant Specialist in the Treasury Department of İş Bankası in 2000, Türk served in various roles within the same department before serving as the Department Head in the Treasury Department between 2017 and 2021. Appointed as the Başkent Corporate Branch Manager in 2021, Türk completed the advanced management program at Harvard Business School in 2024. Currently continuing his role as Deputy Chief Executive Officer at Türkiye İş Bankası A.Ş., Mehmet Türk has been the Chairman of the Board of Directors at Millî Reasürans T.A.Ş. since March 26, 2025.

Graduating from Hacettepe University, Faculty of Social and Administrative Sciences, Department of English Linguistics, Ersin Önder Çiftçioğlu began his career as a Clerk at the Yenişehir Branch in 1985, and served as Assistant Service Officer, Service Officer, Sub-Manager, and Assistant Manager at the same branch. Becoming Assistant Manager of the Başkent Corporate Branch in 2007, Ersin Önder Çiftçioğlu served as Adana Regional Manager of the SME Loans Allocation Department in the same year, Ankara Central I. Regional Manager of the SME Loans Allocation Department in 2008, Aegean Corporate İzmir Branch Manager in 2011, and Başkent Corporate Ankara Branch Manager in 2016. Having served as a Board Member of Türkiye İş Bankası A.Ş. between March 31, 2017, and March 31, 2020, Ersin Önder Çiftçioğlu also carried out the duties of Chairman of the Corporate Governance Committee, and Member of the Audit Committee, TRNC Internal Systems Committee, Sustainability Committee, Operational Risk Committee, and Risk Committee. Ersin Önder Çiftçioğlu has been the Vice Chairman of the Board of Directors at Millî Reasürans T.A.Ş. since March 31, 2023.

Graduating from Ankara University Faculty of Political Sciences, Department of Business Administration, Tolga Angay completed his master's degree program in International Banking and Finance at the University of Southampton (UK). He began his career in 1999 as an Assistant Inspector on the Board of Inspectors of Türkiye İş Bankası A.Ş. Taking office as an Assistant Manager in the Financial Management Department in 2007, Tolga Angay became a Unit Manager in the same Department in 2011. Since July 30, 2021, Tolga Angay has been continuing his role as the Management Reporting and Internal Accounting Department Manager at Türkiye İş Bankası A.Ş. Holding the title of Certified Public Accountant and Financial Advisor, Tolga Angay served as a Board Member at Bayek Tedavi Sağlık Hizmetleri ve İşletmeciliği A.Ş. He has been a Board Member at Milli Reasürans T.A.Ş. since March 28, 2022.

Born in Istanbul in 1975, Şennur Konak graduated from Anadolu University Faculty of Business Administration, Department of Business Administration, and Istanbul University Department of Child Development. Starting her career as a Candidate Clerk at the Beşyüzevler/Istanbul Branch in 1993, Konak worked as an Assistant Accountant at the Topçular/Istanbul Branch in 1997, and as an Authorized Officer at the same Branch in 1998. Konak became Sub-Manager at the Bayrampaşa/Istanbul Branch in 2004, Kocamustafapaşa/Istanbul Manager in 2007, Firuzköy/Istanbul Manager in 2010, and Bakırköy/Istanbul Manager in 2015. She served as Maslak/Istanbul Manager in 2020, and Istanbul-Şişli Regional Sales Manager in 2023. Şennur Konak was appointed as İkitelli Commercial/Istanbul Manager on October 22, 2025. Konak is married and a mother of two children.

Fikret Utku Özdemir holds an Associate Degree in Nuclear Engineering from Hacettepe University and graduated with a bachelor’s degree in Management from the Faculty of Economics and Administrative Sciences at Middle East Technical University. He holds a master’s degree from EDHEC Business School (France). He joined İşbank as a member of the Board of Inspectors in 1996 and held managerial positions in various units of the Bank’s departments between 2005-2017. He joined Milli Reasürans T.A.Ş. as Assistant General Manager in 2017 and on 27 August 2019, he appointed as a Member of the Board of Directors and General Manager, Fikret Utku Özdemir is also a Member of the Turkish Insurance Association Non-Life Management Committee.
